Annual General Meeting
Destination Silver Star invites members and the public to attend our Annual General Meeting.
- Date: Wednesday, April 1, 2026
- Time: Registration opens at 4 pm PDT; AGM presentation at 5 – 7 pm PDT, followed by reception until 8 pm PDT
- Location: National Altitude Training Centre (NATC), Silver Star
About the AGM
The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for members to hear updates on Destination Silver Star’s activities, review financial statements, and participate in the governance of the organization.
Agenda
- Approval of the agenda
- Approval of the previous AGM minutes
- Reports from the Board and staff
- Presentation of the financial statements
- Appointment of the auditor for Fiscal Year 2026 ending October 31, 2026
- Announcement of results of electronic election for open positions
Registration
Members in good standing are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. The AGM is free to attend and anyone is welcome to attend.
Please register in advance so we can plan room setup accordingly.

Annual Declaration of Use & Assessment Fees
If you don’t rent your unit at any time of the year, complete this form and return it by February 28 each year. The annual assessment fees, and voting categories will be calculated based on this Declaration. To learn more about Annual Assessment Fees, please visit our Member Overview page.
